**Refund Policy**

 

At Caïssa Designs, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Although we pack your board well, damage does sometimes occur in transit. If you receive a damaged board, we will either replace it with a like board or issue a refund. Please note that for any damaged return, the buyer is responsible for taking pictures of the damage and returning the board to us. We will cover shipping costs back to us.

 

For any other refund requests, you must notify us within 5 days from the date of receipt. In such case, the buyer will pay shipping costs, and a refund will be processed, minus a $75 handling fee.
